How to wear
Put the cloth pad upside down on the inside of the panties and fasten the snaps to finish wearing it. Additional wings on the inside prevent blood from escaping out.
Place the cloth pad over the panties with the outer side facing down and attach the snap
How to wash
Hand wash and machine wash all are ok. Please wash the cloth pads one or two times before using them for the first time. Then the cloth pads will be softer and the absorption rate will be better.
First in cold water, or use pre-soak function on washing machine. Then, hand/machine wash cold with eco-friendly detergent. Tumble dry low or line dry.
Soak in cold water and air dry after washing
